The Mountain View Country Club welcomes new members. The initiation fees are listed on the Member’s Fees page of this website, though, for 2010, we have some great incentives: For Juniors in 2010 we waived the initiation fee. So Juniors (ages 21- 34) can join now and pay only the yearly dues of $260. That’s a deal. When you turn 35 you have to buy $100 of club stock and pay regular dues, but you never pay the initiation fee charges which are as high as $750 for Juniors. For 2010 you can purchase a Full Season Individual Permit for $700. There will be only TEN of these in 2010, so now is the time to sign up. If you then want to join the club in 2011, that $700 you already paid is a credit toward the regular Initiation Fee of $1500. You would pay the remaining $800, in equal installments of $200, over the following four years, along with your usual playing dues. OR you can become a Regular Member immediately by paying the whole Initiation Fee of $1500 up front. In that case, your playing dues for the first year are waived. All Regular Members have to purchase $100 of club stock. If you want a Dual or Family Regular Membership, this is the best deal. |
